It helps me I have had some of the same things in my life It is so freeing when you finly get it that you don't have to prove your self to people I always would try to do things to feel better about my self. but I know now God is happy with me with the good and the bad. I never knew I could be as close as I feel to God right now and I just want more He puts every thing in to Blance when we let him. I am a sanguine also and I have prayed that God would help me to just be more still and not be so out going I am who I am and God is incontrol of me.
